Hon Beti Kamya, the IGG (Kalisoliso), says Uganda is in the sorry state it’s in because of only about 35,000 people (thieves) within Ug government!

She’s asking whether/how Ugandans can allow this small gang of thieves to cripple the country!

I suppose that since hers is the constitutional office meant to deal with corruption & thievery, she’s telling Ugandans that the power of these 35K thieves is beyond what her department can handle; hence the rallying cry.
