I never give out sweets during Halloween. Diabetes, obesity, etc. amongst Gen Z is at an all time high, we shouldn’t be setting a bad precedent.

Instead of sweets, I urge you to give out high quality fruit, nuts, or 0 sugar yoghurt pots.

I do not let my nephew eat any of the sweets he gets for halloween, unless they are healthy. Instead, the first week after halloween, I urge him to sell the sweets at school, for money. And use that money to invest in himself.
