@nxcare how's about getting the 4pm 035 Bournemouth to London Victoria bus to Ringwood. It's currently an hour late like Monday's 2:30pm bus and the tracking is showing it as on its way to London again!!! @nationalexpress you seriously need to improve your 035 service

PM group fat mass and body mass increased 3-6FU and fat free mass decreased. PM group lost muscle mass over this period. Who was better off...🤔

@ReCOREfitness @GregLehman The term "core endurance" is misleading. You'd have to do "core exercises" for the same duration as it takes you to do your run (unrealistic) to assume they are unlikely to fatigue during that distance. Do core exercises build type 1 fibres?

@AskeBay When you are sent a refund request on your eBay account but apparently it's nothing to do with eBay. "You refunded them voluntarily!" Not like I refunded the guy directly from my bank account to his. It was done through eBay
