80+ customers testing $HGRAF graphene. Partners turn it into ready-to-use pellets and coatings that factories can drop into what they already make. No new equipment needed.
New 20% Fractal Graphene Paste: 4x the concentration of competitors, 2-year shelf life.
Easy for customers to drop in = faster orders. Watch the first purchase orders. $HG.CN
Not every stock does it because it’s expensive, legally complex, and requires passing rigorous SEC/PCAOB compliance that most junior Canadian issuers simply can’t stomach.
Redomiciling only makes sense if your physical ops, customer base, and target institutional capital are actually in the U.S. (like HydroGraph’s facility in Bellville, TX). It’s not a magic trick, it’s corporate restructuring to match their commercial footprint.
Why the upcoming U.S. redomicile vote is a turning point for $HGRAF:
Right now, most major U.S. institutional funds are legally blocked from buying microcaps on the Canadian CSE or OTCQB.
Redomiciling to a Delaware corporation paves the direct runway for a major U.S. exchange uplisting (like NASDAQ). When institutional gates open, liquidity follows.
TL;DR for @BambroughKevin followers:
Raising cash is fine. Attaching warrants to the deal isn’t. Warrant deals attract fast-money hedge funds who immediately dump the shares to get their principal back and keep the "free" warrants for risk-free upside. Retail wasn't invited to the deal, so we just eat the drop. Level the playing field. No more warrants $HGRAF! @HydroGraphInc
This has been said before in a different context but the idea that $HGRAF haters can find their worth and purpose by hating this company is sad and terrible. You're battling a company with ideas, because you have none. How about you deal with yourself before you deal with others.
$HGRAF is advancing real innovation. When criticism comes from agendas instead of analysis, it drags the whole conversation down. Let’s raise the bar. Facts over fear, progress over pessimism. Evolve or die.
@WOLF_Financial I don't think this is going to have that much of an impact. For married couples filing jointly, the current IRS rules (Section 121 exclusion) allow you to exclude up to $500,000 of capital gains from the sale of your primary residence, provided you meet certain conditions.
@Banana3Stocks This aged well. I hope Ken Gawrelski at Wells Fargo has learned to keep his thoughts to himself. Margins were strong and $AMZN has so many levers to pull. Like I said, his analysis was lazy.
@cigs1234 The lead up seems different this time and I think it’s going to be sneaky bullish. The fact that Elon has time to campaign in PA speaks volumes. If there were any concern he’d be holed-up right now at HQ playing spin doctor.
@Banana3Stocks Made a note of the analyst’s name bc this is one of the laziest calls by an analyst I can remember. Looking forward to checking back in on this one.
@ZaaStocks $WMT has been a greater performer bc of its reliance on grocery, but $TGT will have its day in the sun when the housing market recovers and its designer furnishings and decor advantage wins out. I’m accumulating more at this current level for the big run up.
@CallahanCapital@JasonDRobins Even an activist wouldn’t help, unfortunately. The dual-class voting structure protects him. He needs to admit the surcharge was a mistake at this time and win back investors and customers. Otherwise $DKNG is dead money.
How will @JasonDRobins respond to $FLUT earnings? Great leaders admit their mistakes, and the surcharge, while clever, was timed poorly and rushed. I think he must retract the surcharge and start buying back stock to appease investors; otherwise $FLUT could easily capitalize.
@John_Porter10 The current $DKNG sell-off in light of $FLUT earnings makes me think $DKNG is dead money until @JasonDRobins retracts the surcharge and starts buying back stock to appease investors. What he does now will determine his legacy because $FLUT could easily separate itself from here.
