@KeepersathomeT2@Advo_Katy Yes there were discount codes they were able to use. I was there and I had friends that got them for that price. But your argument seems to be that you think tickets should have been free . . . because any price would leave someone out, so therefore exclusive.
@KeepersathomeT2@Advo_Katy Oh so you are focusing on the VIP event instead of the major event which was the conference. There were general admission tickets available at discounted rates up to the day of the event. I know people that bought tickets for around $100. Again it cost money to put on any event.
@KeepersathomeT2@Advo_Katy There was nothing exclusive about it. Again it’s basic economics. Calling them charlatans because they have to pay others to put on the event makes no sense.
@KeepersathomeT2@Advo_Katy First of all you should at least use the information from the correct year. This is from 2024. Secondly, do you have any idea how much it costs to put on an event like this? How much the event center costs, an enormous amount of security, speaker fees and travel, etc. etc.
@tedcruz Does the OBB’s no tax on tip and overtime apply to the other side of the tax - the employer side? If so that could be a game changer for small business restaurants and needs to be talked about. As a former restaurant owner I can said that would have been impactful.
@DOGE As someone that paid around $2M in Unemployment Taxes during the 8 years we owned our restaurants but only had 3 small unemployment claims totally around $10k I can say the whole unemployment program needs to change.
@realalexclark Leave it. My Mom passed away 5 years ago and she is still the first number on my “favorites” list in my phone. At first I couldn’t bring myself to delete it. Now I’m glad I didn’t - it brings a smile to my face every time I see it (of course that’s after the moment of grief).
@ChefGruel Same thing happened to us three years in a row for our restaurants in Georgia several years ago. Supposedly to cover what they borrowed from the unemployment we paid into so they could cover their overspending in the operating budget. I never understood how that could be legal.
@bennyjohnson This is a lie. They did NOT walk off during the national Anthem. Their normal pregame routine is to go to the locker room prior to the game. It has nothing to do with the National Anthem. Stop trying to make up things to discredit them. Do better.

@AmericanAir
For 6 years we’ve been traveling with Daniel’s little dog, Winston. We’ve used the same canvas kennel every time. Today we check in for our flight and they tell us the kennel is too small for him-he must be able to stand and turn around.
@espn Can you not get commentators for Womens BB that are impartial? Nicki Fargas actually just acted like LSU was behind by 20 when they were leading. Her distain for a program that has turned around so quickly after she left has been a problem during this tournament. #dobetter
