Kindly help look into this and return my fund. I was wondering what sought of pre-authorization deducted fund for services not provided yet it's taking this long for the fund to be returned.

@OPay_NG @boltapp I booked a bolt ride on Monday 14 July 2025. I wasn't assigned a driver but the estimated trip cost of N6,500 had been deducted from my linked Opay card.
I logged the refund request on Opay but it was declined. @OPay_NG stated that the transaction was successful

I then contacted @boltapp but was told the pre-authorization fund has been returned to my Opay wallet. Since that time, I haven't received the fund and all efforts to get the help of Opay customer service agents to resolve this has been disappointing.

@instablog9ja In 2014, I received Kurfi District Head commendation & State Honors Award. Upon submitting compilation of my projects to NYSC focal staff, he failed to submit to MDGs office in Abj for national award. Said he couldn't process my submission alone as I was d only one who submitted.
