In 2009 Singapore laid out a city planning policy for landscaping in urban spaces and high rises. It requires building developers to incorporate greenery into their plans.
@BillyBroas Good question Billy, I've been thinking about this as well while reading company of one.
I think it can loose authenticity and close connection. A brand has fans, a person has relationships. It's a different bond to the people and willingness to help I guess.

Building a course is a heavy lift🏋️
