What happened to “the customer is always right”? I love how companies are now having their agents gaslight you when you have a complaint. They have a purposefully confusing system which charged a fee but there is no concern for a customer if it means giving back $ @AirCanada
@IKEACanada I get that your sorry but you shouldn’t have made me select a click and collect window if you couldn’t honour it. What’s the point of selecting a time. Just tell me when it’s ready so I don’t waste an evening.
