YOUR VITAMINS AREN'T WORKING BECAUSE OF THIS:
1. 🌞 Vitamin D – Take it with your fattiest meal of the day. It's fat-soluble and absorbs much better with food.
2. 💊 Iron – Take it on an empty stomach in the morning. Food blocks absorption significantly.
3. 🦴 Calcium – Split your dose. Your body can only absorb about 500mg at a time, so spacing it out matters.
4. 🧠 Magnesium – Take it at night. It relaxes muscles and supports deep sleep.
5. ☀️ Vitamin C – Take it in the morning. It boosts energy and supports your immune system from the start of the day.
6. 🫀 Omega-3 – Take it with meals to avoid fishy aftertaste and improve absorption.
7. 💪 B12 – Take it in the morning, never at night. It increases energy and can disrupt your sleep.
8. 🌿 Zinc – Never take it on an empty stomach. It causes nausea when there's no food to buffer it.
9. 🍃 Vitamin K2 – Take it with a fat-containing meal. It needs fat to be properly absorbed.
10. 🧬 Probiotics – Take them 30 minutes before eating. Stomach acid is lower then and more bacteria survive.
11. 🫁 Vitamin A – Take it with a meal containing healthy fats. Without fat, your body barely uses it.
12. 🌾 Vitamin E – Never take it alone. It works best alongside Vitamin C and absorbs well with food.
13. 🧪 Folate – Take it in the morning with water. Consistency in timing helps maintain steady levels in your blood.
14. 🦷 Vitamin K1 – Take it with your largest meal. It supports blood clotting and needs dietary fat to activate properly.
15. 🫶 CoQ10 – Take it with breakfast or lunch, never at night. It boosts cellular energy and can interfere with sleep.

If you want to spend your life with someone, you have to understand that there will be arguments, bad days, and good days, so learn to forgive. A relationship is more than just pictures and cute videos. Be humble.
One thing I’ve noticed about many women over 50 is this:
A lot of them are no longer chasing romance.
Not because they’re bitter.
Not because nobody wants them.
They’ve just built lives that finally feel peaceful.
Their children are grown.
Their homes are quiet.
Their friendships are deeper.
Their communities feel fuller.
And after spending years carrying emotional labour for everybody else, some of them have simply decided they no longer want stress disguised as companionship.
Some admit they miss romance sometimes.
The closeness. The idea of having “their person.”
But many will still tell you quietly:
“It’s not worth losing my peace.”
And honestly… some of them don’t miss dating at all.
They laugh more now.
Sleep better.
Travel freely.
Eat in peace.
Exist without constantly managing another adult’s emotions.
There’s something almost sacred about watching a woman finally choose rest over survival 🤎
When I was Muslim, I compared Muhammad’s last words to Jesus’ last words.
Not just the facts, but the spirit behind them.
And bro, the difference is staggering. It shook my devout Muslim faith.
According to Sahih al-Bukhari, Muhammad’s final words included: “May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians. They made the graves of their prophets into places of worship.”
Those are words associated with his final moments.
No forgiveness. No reconciliation. No peace.
Now compare that to Jesus.
Beaten, betrayed, tortured, hanging on a cross with nails through His wrists, Jesus says:
“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
And then: “It is finished.”
One dies speaking curses.
The other dies extending forgiveness.
One ends by drawing lines and reinforcing division.
The other tears the veil and reconciles heaven and earth.
And whether people like it or not, final words reveal something deeply personal about the heart.
That contrast shook me.
Because one man’s final moments reinforced separation, while the other’s changed eternity through mercy, sacrifice, and love.
Please sit with that honestly.
Let me be honest. I wanted to stay Muslim so badly.
Not even because of God at first, but because of the life attached to it.
My dad’s businesses were waiting for me. Signed and ready.
My mom’s community. Doctors, lawyers, politicians. Connections everywhere.
Success was laid out in front of me.
There was even an arranged marriage lined up. A doctor. Beautiful future. House. Wedding. Stability.
All I had to do was say one sentence:
“Yeah, I still believe.”
That was it.
Keep the money.
Keep the family approval.
Keep the life.
But here’s what ruined it for me:
I could not unsee Jesus.
Once I really read the Quran and compared it to the Gospel, I couldn’t force myself back into pretending.
And honestly, knowledge becomes heavy at that point.
Because I didn’t leave Islam to rebel.
I left because I could not betray what I believed was true.
No business opportunity, no relationship, no comfortable future was worth denying the King who gave His life for me.
So yeah, my life would have been easier if I stayed.
But when Jesus says, “I am the way,” you don’t answer with, “But the other path feels safer.”
You pick up your cross and walk.
PRAYERLESSNESS IS NOT NORMAL. IT IS A SIGN.
Child of God, hear me clearly.
There are secrets in the spirit that many people do not know, and today I want to reveal one of them to you.
Any time you suddenly lose the desire or strength to pray, it is not ordinary. It is not laziness. It is not God rejecting you. It is a warning.
It means an attack is coming.
The devil does not attack your life carelessly. He does not strike at random. The first thing he always targets is your prayer life. Because your prayer life is the engine of your destiny. Once the engine is tampered with, the whole system begins to fail.
The spiritual controls the physical.
Before your business collapses, prayer is attacked.
Before sickness shows up, prayer is attacked.
Before your marriage shakes, prayer is attacked.
Before your finances scatter, prayer is attacked.
Before your mental health is touched, prayer is attacked.
The devil always starts early. Sometimes the manifestation of the attack may be months or even years later, but the weakening of your prayer life begins long before.
So when you notice that you can no longer pray like before, do not joke with it.
Do not ignore it.
Do not tell yourself God hates you.
No.
That moment is a call to rebuild.
Start again.
Even if it is two minutes.
Even if it is three minutes.
Even if it is twenty minutes.
Start again and build yourself back up.
Have you noticed that you can be active all day, but once it is time for midnight prayer, weakness suddenly comes? That is not normal. Something is happening in the realm of the spirit.
When this begins to happen, do not isolate yourself. Look for other genuine children of God. Pray together. Stand together. Build one another. Iron sharpens iron, and two are better than one.
Any attack on your prayer life is an attack on your destiny.
Any attack on your prayer life is an attack on your calling.
Any attack on your prayer life is an attack on everything connected to you.
ADDITIONAL SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS YOU MUST NOT IGNORE
One thing many believers do not realize is this. The enemy does not fight what is not dangerous. If your prayer life is being resisted, it is because your prayers are effective and feared in the realm of the spirit.
Also understand this. Spiritual dryness is not always a sign of weakness. Sometimes it is proof that you are crossing into a deeper level where resistance increases.
Never wait to feel strong before you pray. Strength comes because you prayed, not before you prayed.
Consistency is more powerful than intensity. Ten minutes every day can carry more spiritual weight than one long prayer done once in a while.
Learn to pray even when your emotions are silent. God answers obedience, not feelings.
And finally, when prayer becomes difficult, reduce distractions. Less noise in your environment creates more sensitivity in your spirit.
Child of God, stay alert.
Stay prayerful.
Stay guarded.
Your destiny depends on it.
Today, I pray for you.
Anything assigned to quench your prayer life, may the God of heaven and earth destroy it in the name of Jesus Christ.
Receive fresh strength to pray.
Receive grace to stand in the gap.
Receive power to intercede.
It is well with you.
If this message blessed you, help me spread it.

It’s amazing how God can heal you to the point where you can talk about something that once broke you and it doesn't hurt the way it used to. Not because it wasn't painful, but because God proved He's faithful in all situations.
You may not always feel important to others, but you are immeasurably precious to God. Walk in boldness today, knowing you are more valuable than many sparrows.
Your experience with life will not always look like somebody else’s.
Some people genuinely enjoy 9–5 jobs.
Some people genuinely love marriage.
Some people love being alone.
Some people enjoy taking risks.
What drains one person may fulfill another.
Stop forcing yourself to live the kind of life that only looks good from the outside.
Pay attention to what actually gives you peace, joy, and purpose.
Your life is yours for a reason.
Good morning and have an amazing day .
