@Evan_G13 @larianstudios Same here! It's so frustrating! I haven't been able to make any progress because it keeps crashing or freezing completely. I had no issues my first playthrough either.

@larianstudios I'm on my second playthrough. Since I've reached Act 3, the game keeps crashing. The group gets stuck, npc's are frozen and eventually I get an error message saying something went wrong. I've taken the recommended steps to fix the issue and nothing is working!
