Actually, this is how it should have been implemented. Govt could gradually reduce the price of E20 to make it affordable & attractive for new car buyers. People with concerns or with older vehicles could continue using regular petrol. People should have been given a choice.

Modi Sarkar apparently holding serious discussions on imp issues like:
👉Pricing Formula (E0 prices will obviously be higher than E20)
👉Separate dispensers, maintenance & stock management at petrol pumps & it's effect on cost

E20 will continue as it saves billions in imports & boosts farmers incomes and that's needed. Anyway, automobiles manufactured after 2023 are E20 Compliant.

A perfect Win-win situation for all stakeholders incl consumers.

Reportedly, ONLY CONCERNED Ministries are being consulted which can also be taken as a big Political Message sent to someone.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has denied claims by YouTuber Manish Kashyap that his Toyota Innova Hycross was damaged by E20 Petrol.

@DriverRamudu @ANI Ethanol have high octane rating & anti knock properties.Blended Petrol have high effective octane rating. The main issue of Ethanol is, it attracts water, even from air. Dont keep vehicles idle for many months with blended petrol in tank.
