@emirates@emirates The PM is redirected to the same customer service team handling inquiry over phone. I'm hearing the same response I was hearing over a day now. Why is it so complicated to just let us if our seat allocation can be restored back to what it was before?
@emirates The allocated seats under #DPNA disability was changed for my family on IAH-DXB for tomorrow. I have been contacting your customer service team just to understand the reason. There was no notification to us either. Not reflecting what you claim about DPNA/Autism.

@MediAssistIndia I e-mailed my mom’s proposal form and payment details to the email ids provided. I was just given a ticket number with no proper response. As I would run out of renewal grace period tomorrow, I’m not sure if the Insurance is going to be renewed or no. Ticket number 6692803057.
