House Republicans just passed a bill extending federal funding through December 4, 2026.

It was clean and simple, ensuring there is no lapse in funding and preventing a government shutdown, yet 205 Democrats voted against the bill.

@HouseAppropsGOP already passed ALL 12 federal funding bills, three of which have passed the House.

Still yet, the end of the fiscal year is rapidly approaching on September 30th. This extension simply provides more time, if necessary, and avoids the chaos of last year's Democrat-led shutdown.
