Honored to serve NJ-5 | Vice Chair @ProbSolveCaucus | Intelligence & Financial Services Committees | Working across the aisle for Lower Taxes & Jersey Values
Great to welcome my friends and Jersey leaders from the Amalgamated Transit Union to Washington. We talked through the public transportation challenges facing our communities and the workers who power them. Thank you for all you do to keep New Jersey moving!
Thank you @AJCGlobal for having me and @RepMikeLawler! In Congress, we’re fighting to root out hatred on both sides of the aisle and crush antisemitism wherever it appears.
No foreign government should be influencing what our kids are taught in American classrooms.
We need transparency, accountability, and strong safeguards against foreign interference in our education system. American students should be learning facts, not Qatari-funded narratives.

Yesterday, Israel and Lebanon reached a ceasefire. Now Hezbollah, a terror proxy of Iran, must honor it — full stop. That means ending its repeated attacks on Israeli communities and withdrawing its fighters from southern Lebanon. Continued Hezbollah aggression endangers Israeli and Lebanese civilians, it cannot continue.
The future of Lebanon will not be decided in Tehran.

Congratulations to Vernon Township High School’s girls’ 4x100 relay team on their record-breaking achievement! Accomplishing it in front of a home crowd makes it even more special.
Wishing them continued success as they advance through postseason competition. North Jersey is cheering you on!

This weekend, #TeamGottheimer attended the Veterans and Community Appreciation Event at Shiloh Church in Englewood, connecting with veterans, community leaders, and local organizations providing valuable resources and services.
Thank you to Ms. Keyes and Rev. Dr. John D. Givens for hosting this meaningful event! Please know if you are facing a delay in getting through to the VA, my office here to help.
I am proud to wear purple today honoring Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month.
In Congress, I will continue to work hard to ensure that those with Alzheimer’s and those who care for them get the support they need.
"What is going on with antisemitism in your country?"
Rep. Josh Gottheimer revealed at the AJC Global Forum that senior Emirati leaders asked him this during his trip to the UAE last week.

The #TeamGottheimer Constituent Services Team will be holding mobile office hours in Allendale and Lafayette today, Wednesday, June 3.
If you’re experiencing an issue with your VA benefits, Social Security, Medicare, or need help with a federal agency, we’re here to listen and help.
I’m so glad Ariadna is home with her family and out of Delaney Hall, just in time for her high school graduation. At only eighteen, she shared with me that she hopes to build a career in law — and I have no doubt she has a bright future ahead.
I’ll keep fighting to make sure our immigration enforcement system reflects our values.
Big congratulations to Bergen County’s own Dylan Harper on reaching the NBA Finals in his rookie season!
From Don Bosco Prep to Rutgers and now the biggest stage in basketball, Dylan continues to make Jersey proud.
That said... as a lifelong Knicks fan, I'm hoping our hometown hero has to wait one more year for a championship. Good luck, Dylan — and let's go Knicks!
Praying for the two brave Atlantic City police officers who were injured today in the line of duty.
Our law enforcement risk their lives every single day to keep us safe. Wishing them both a full and speedy recovery.

The UAE remains a critical strategic partner in AI and energy innovation, countering extremism, and building a more secure future in the Middle East.
I appreciated the opportunity to meet with UAE officials to discuss our shared security interests, regional challenges, and opportunities for deeper cooperation.
Strong partnerships matter.

The Taste of Greece Festival is exactly the kind of celebration that makes North Jersey so special — great food, warm people, and amazing traditions all in one place.
Thank you to the Metropolitan Cathedral of St. John the Theologian for welcoming me and for bringing our community together!
Today, on this Gun Violence Awareness Day, we need both sides of the aisle to come together to keep our communities safe.
I’m sick and tired of waging this fight against gun violence, year in and year out, when commonsense solutions are right in front of us.
That’s why in Washington, I am working on legislation to secure firearms in our households to keep our families safe. #WearOrange
