@motzley I don't know anything about Kik, but my guess is the app is duplicating your HTML and hiding the original, so when you search for $('#from') it's finding the original now hidden one and updating its value. $(page).find looks inside of page and finds the input that is showing.

@PinkMoonlight3 JavaScript arrays are awesome. Learning the difference between [ ] and { } is the first step, then learning to love .map, .filter, and .reduce comes next. I love JavaScript so much, but I also remember not fully understanding it when I came from the php world at first.

@jimcramer No way! As a stable coin they will just mint more as "they get cash deposits to back it". They will probably run all the back end nodes as they need control. It's much closer to a new Visa payment system than a decentralized crypto currency.
