@CreepyCornpop @iluminatibot No in the slightest. A traffic stop is a detainment that is legal and been upheld plenty of times. You want to quote the 4th amendment when it doesn’t apply. A traffic stop has been deemed a resonabke detainment forever.

@CreepyCornpop @iluminatibot A traffic stop has zero to do with the constitution. A stop is based on reasonable suspicion and the drivers license is issued by the states DOR. A tradfic stop does not result in search or seizure unless probable cause is developed for a crime. Constitution upheld.
