@chriscarleton That is not how it should work. You should refuse to do warranty work unless the manf. will compensate you, or if the owner is willing to pay. I know it's hard. If you sell bikes with that equipment, maybe a disclaimer about warranty work? It shouldn't fall on you, mr. SBO.

@obobME my mother is a CB fan. I once surprised her with tickets to a New Years Eve show in Chicago. The second half of the surprise was that my dad and sisters were in on it and they were sitting at the table when the host sat us dinner. My mother had no idea they were there. Great show
