ADVICE TO YOUNG MEN NEWLY EMPLOYED
The Amerix community has numerous opportunities for its followers.
The connections are always beneficial.
During the last Men's Assembly, I witnessed 3 young men being assured of instant employment.
Seeing jobless young men being given a new lease of life through these connections is amazing.
However, once these young men get the jobs, they vanish.
They never give feedback or bother to update their experiences.
Only for them to reappear later with sob stories of how they lost their jobs or conditions didn't favour them to continue. Therefore, they need me to connect them to any other available opportunities.
This kind of self-entitled attitude is so nauseating and repulsive.
I always block these kinds of people when they come to my inbox.
So, if you are a young man who has just been employed or has found a short contract, do the following:
Please don't blow it once you receive your first salary, payment or profit.
• Take 10% to church, mosque, charity, or any structured self-help group to support the weak, sick, needy or meek.
• Take 10% and give it to your parents – ( 60% to your Father and 40% to your mother). They can choose to blow it or pay your siblings' fees.
• Take 5% and give it to the person who connected you to the job. If it were contractual work, take 10% and give it to the person who connected you to the contract.
• Take 10% and save.
• Budget the rest (60%) for your expenses ( 35% pay your debts, 25% foot your bills).
This is on your FIRST SALARY or PAYMENT.
Don't receive the money, and the first thing in your head is a phone, a laptop and alcohol.
You will block future opportunities.
Don't say, "It is my money, I have worked for it, and I deserve all of it."
It is not your money. Nobody owns money.
Money is just an idea held in trust by a legal tender called currency.
Money is a system of mutual trust and shared belief, enabling cooperation among strangers.
Therefore, the most IMPORTANT things here are TRUST and COOPERATION.
What would it benefit you to pocket the money and lose the mutual trust and Cooperation?
Don't take this for granted.
Remember, the war is spiritual.
Win it at the spiritual level.
Stop sleeping,
Wake up!

Wanaume wote their life takes an upward trajectory only after they get absolutely crushed by life. After hi heartbreak, eviction, rockbottom. When they’re left with nothing to lose. Thats where the man is born after the boy dies. Age doesnt define a man or a boy
and next year, don’t be boring. stop trying to be mysterious because that’ll only bring misery. let people see you, let people know you, let people hold you, let people build villages with you.
I don't tell people anything anymore. My life ain't a topic for nobody's mouth. If you know me, cool. If you don't, keep guessing. My name don't need to be floating in no conversations. No updates. No access. No explanations. If somebody ask about me, the only real answer should be, "I don't know." People don't deserve front row seats to a life they ain't contributing to. I move in silence. I love when folks don't know what I'm on. That's exactly how it's supposed to be.
Lean into the Villain in you. Unless you’re a clinical sociopath, this is the best thing you could do for yourself. Your good side will have your back if you face morally difficult choices. But in general, you need less of that side and more of the evil one. That motherfucker has more grit. You need to stop overthinking everything and follow a rigid moral compass. It either aligns with what you believe in and with your best interests or it’s out of question. This is what creates real tunnel vision. Fuck your plan A and plan B. Those won’t work because they’re too complex. You need to operate on pure instinct and the only way to dial that is simplifying how you operate. The good guy in you wants to please everyone, that’s too many things to consider. You need to focus on yourself and what YOU need. And for that you need to do what others will call selfish, inconsiderate or even evil. You will be painted as the Villain anyway. So be it. Lean into it.
