after whatever I have endured I would ensure none of my family, friends, and colleagues ever take an easyjet flight so as to save themselves from heckling #BadService #disappointed

@easyJet being heckled at the boarding gate and charged twice for the same baggage is unacceptable. Your email response offered no real help. I expected a fair resolution to #complaintsmatter and a more professional approach to #CustomerService #BadService #disapp
