Not only is he a filthy liar but he was clearly introduced to internal Lebanese politics after 2023. Hezbollah never blocked alternatives. The airport in Beirut (Rafic Hariri airport) is controlled by a Saad Hariri crony named Mohammad El-Hout (Middle East airlines). So it wouldn't be to their benefit for another airport to take away traffic, no matter how little it is.
That’s only one of many hurdles, including Lebanon needing permission from Syria since it’s only a few kilometres from the Syrian border, infrastructure challenges, disputes among politicians and businessmen over airport development and operating contracts while trying to secure land deals around the airport.
Despite this symbolic event, the airport isn't "opened" and there's a lot issues that remain unresolved.
🇱🇧 After decades of Hezbollah blocking alternatives to Beirut Airport, Lebanon has officially reopened Qalaiat Airport in the north for civilian flights.
Prime Minister Nawaf Salam arrived on the first flight, marking what many see as a symbolic blow to Hezbollah's long-standing control over the country's main air gateway.
For years, Beirut Airport was effectively the only door in and out of Lebanon, giving Hezbollah enormous influence over a critical piece of national infrastructure.
Nawaf declared that Qalaiat will not replace Beirut Airport, but made clear that all Lebanese airports must operate under the authority of the Lebanese state, not any armed faction.

🔰Hezbollah announced that it successfully struck two Merkava tanks with guided missiles and targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and vehicles with a swarm of drones near the Shaqif (Beaufort) Castle in southern Lebanon.
We also have this idiot who thinks Nabih Berri, leader of the Amal Movement which has numerous martyrs, from fighters and paramedics to civil defense workers, and helped liberate Lebanon in 2000 and defend it in 2024, especially in Khiyam—is giving up Lebanese land.
All of Amal’s institutions are operating and on the ground helping the displaced. There are numerous martyrs from Amal-affiliated paramedic teams and government workers who stayed behind in their villages to help those who chose not to leave.
He's simply saying that he doesn't want an internal conflict/Civil War when there's thousands of displaced and Hezbollah is actively fighting Israelis in the south. It's very understandable why he would say this. If you want a Civil War right now when the main focus should be Israel go down to Lebanon and start it. Also, Hezbollah and Amal met one or two days after and resolved the matter.
I see you fail to grasp simple concepts. So you can't prove Nabih Berri agreed to a "ceasefire" so you're going off topic.
Hezbollah doesn't fight according to you own timetable or your emotional breakdown. They take many factors into account, including their logistical routes, which were affected by the fall of Syria. In addition, they factor in the repercussions from a war with Israel.
Stick to copy and pasting from Telegram. How's he making a deal with Israel? Did he agree to a ceasefire? Hezbollah and Berri are in constant contact and both agree that Israel needs to stop its aggression and that it shouldn't be one-sided. This was the same position they held for the last 15 months.
These types of individuals only discovered the region three years ago, and don't understand the relationship between Amal and Hezbollah.

Engagement farmers think a few likes make them experts on Lebanon and Hezbollah. Both Amal (Nabih Berri) and Hezbollah reject direct talks with Israel.
He’s also parroting the Israeli/Gulf media myth of a divide between Hezbollah’s political and military leadership.
Berri was negotiating in good faith with everybody in the region regarding Hezbollah.
It seems Naim Qassem rejects all talks with Israeli and the United States.
There is a major strife between Hezbollah's political and military leadership.
🇱🇧Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf in a phone call to Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri:
"Iran is determined to achieve a ceasefire throughout Lebanon, especially in the south."
