@TheLynx_1 @taviso I saw a YouTube short showing this exact fault being repaired just 2 days ago. I cannot find the link for you, but it seems you need a 1k resistor (surface mount) added as a pull-up resistor to a usb controller integrated circuit that interfaces the keyboard once in an OS.

@GregSpears2025 @George_Kurtz Yes. The system has an agent that polls Crowdstrike servers to look for updates and downloads as soon as found. Required to ensure it is able to detect malware/indicators of compromise as quickly as possible. Downside is this outcome.
