You can go to SARC !
It is a Sexual Assault Referral Centre
You do not have to go to the police first ,
At SARC they can store any forensic evidence that they collect,
They can offer confidential medical and practical support to people who have recently been raped or sexually assaulted. SARCs are usually provided by the NHS. SARCs are not Rape Crisis member services but often work alongside them,
If you do choose to talk to the police in the future they will be able to use this evidence if and when you are ready ❤️🙏🏻

A 30-year-old man from Harold Hill has been given a one-year prison sentence, suspended for two years, after being caught carrying two knives in public for the second time.

Sukhvir Raj pleaded guilty at Snaresbrook Crown Court. He was spotted acting suspiciously on 22 March 2024, leading to a chase in which officers recovered a Stanley knife and a rusty serrated blade from him.

Raj was already on a suspended sentence from 2023 after threatening to stab a neighbour’s dog with a kitchen knife.

The judge warned him he was being given a final chance and would face immediate custody if he reoffended.

A 34-year-old man with no fixed abode has been sentenced to ongoing detention in a mental health facility after attempting to abduct two young children at a Cardiff splash pad.

Moynul Janu pleaded guilty at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court to three counts of attempted kidnap.

On 3 July 2025, he approached two children under five at Victoria Park, touched one’s leg, grabbed both by the arms and said he was “grabbing the kids”. Their mothers intervened to stop him.

The following day, he tried to force his way into a nursery in Bridgend county, pushing past staff.

Janu has a history of mental illness.

One mother described her daughter waking up screaming in fear, while another expressed ongoing anxiety about the incident.
