@carswitsonduren Very click bait. You're using a Peel map which of course is not going to show the crime in other regions. You should make that clear instead of making it seem like Mississauga and Brampton are 20x the crime of the rest of the GTA. Not sure if this was your intent tho.

@pbroos1 @ronmortgageguy @WOWA_Canada Out of curiosity, where did you get a competitive rate from and how? Broker channel in Ontario usually also leads a major bank (TD/Scotia).

@TimHillMortgage @ronmortgageguy Thanks! Any particular reason you'd suggest that? I know we're due for maybe a 1% cut between now and end of year but variable is at 5.7% vs fixed is at 4.8%. Also, the way the bond market currently is.

@RobMcLister Rob, I'm closing on a 900k mortgage at the end of August. Would it be a good idea to maybe take an open term and wait it out a couple months potentialy?
