Finally, ended up at #NaarRestaurant at Amaya; ~3hrs from Shimla much closer to Chandigarh. Pictures don’t do justice but digital memoirs require some. The lamb neck yakhni with the mushk budij rice and cured egg yolk hit home in this 15+ course meal. Pork belly was yet another comfort food among many other flavoursome dishes. Not the last time. 6 seasons, 6 menus demand for 6 visits.
