Dear Anupam Mishra
Commissionr CCPA,
Pls take suo moto note. This complaint says Grievance Redressal Mechanism is vague in the App. Pls register the matter under Dark Patterns and Consumer Protection.
Same on You @rapidoapp_
RAPIDO Should be Ban In India
Stupidest arguments ever.
Says a lot about non understanding of (1) empathy (2) Species deletion (3) Principles of Law (4) Constitution. Don't understand since when AAP guys have turned so hateful.
Dog lovers want to feed stray dogs on the streets. In that case, some rules should be made for them.
- They should register with the MCD.
- They should deposit ₹10 lakhs as a compensation fund for any dog bite incidents in the area. This fund will be used by the agency to compensate and treat any person bitten by dogs in that area.
- If any stray dog bites two persons in the same area, the stray dog lover should add ₹1 lakh to the fund as a fine.
- If the same dog bites more than two persons, the caretaker of the dog should be charged with a criminal case under the BNS.
- If any dog bites more than three persons, it should be medically eliminated (no option of taking it to a shelter).
@PTI_News So, no conclusive data that says cigarettes causes lung cancer? Technically, it's a very high AQI air that's being inhaled. It contains all the same components as it is, in probably Delhi's sir. So if there's no correlation, why are you putting Smoking Kills labels in movies?
@YusufDFI I was working in a large Indian steel company and was involved in setting up a new plant where we had 8 weighing scales of 30 tonnes each. We paid 25 lakhs for initial stamping and continued to pay 12 lakhs per annum as bribe.
Worse, industry finds no forum to engage—meetings with CPCB/MoEFCC are denied, consultations absent. MSMEs & large firms alike are gasping under this regulatory overreach. If this continues unchecked, many businesses will be forced to shut down. #EaseOfDoingBusiness
Firms are fined heavily & threatened with unworkable reuse/recycle rules. But the ecosystem to collect & process complex plastics simply doesn’t exist in India. If plastic was the issue, why not ban its production outright? Why punish companies for govt’s own gaps?
The recent management of Ministry of Environment under Minister Yadav has been disastrous for businesses. Instead of building a #plastic processing ecosystem with CPCB & municipal bodies, they’ve failed spectacularly—yet impose impossible diktats on companies.

Please please sign this petition for the voiceless. They will starve and kill these beautiful animals under the guise of a shelter. Please help to save them from the cruel, inhuman order of the Supreme Court. 🙏🙏🙏

VIDEO | Animal Rights Activist Maneka Gandhi spoke on the Supreme Court's order to remove all stray dogs from the Delhi-NCR streets within 8 weeks. She says, "This judgment is a suo motu case, which means nobody complained; the judge took it up on his own. We were expecting something like this anyway. Now, if this order is to be followed, it would mean rounding up three lakh dogs in Delhi and placing them in centres. The Delhi government would need to find 1,000–2,000 centres, as too many dogs together would fight. They would first need land, then construct facilities within eight weeks, costing at least Rs 4-5 crore, with caretakers, feeders, and watchmen to prevent escapes. This judgment seems to lack rational thought and stems from anger. Strangely, the order is based on a newspaper report of a child killed by dogs, but the family has confirmed the child died of meningitis."

@ThePrintIndia To Whomsoever It May Concern
The Hon'ble SupremeCourt final order is yet to be issued in the Community Dog Delhi NCR case (with another hearing scheduled in 8 days).
No municipal corporation can take action Until then,and no further steps can be taken
ThePrint #50WordEdit:
SC order for stray dogs in Delhi-NCR to be moved to shelters is unthinking and disastrous. Dog bites have risen purely from govt’s failure with sterilisation, community feeding and rehabilitation. You cannot banish animals you see as a nuisance. Would the court act similarly on stray monkeys, cows or pigeons?

Carbon trading was initiated by the United Nations in 1997, under the Clean Development Mechanism, formulated as part of the Kyoto Protocol. At the moment, Carbon Credit Mechanism has became the biggest Greenwashing in the World.
@DainikBhaskar@TOIIndiaNews
We were going through the #SwatiMaliwal story. One thing is pretty clear - VS has ruined whatever opportunity she had in her career in AAP, along with SM. Even though she was a very very mediocre performer in governance, sticking with SM gave her an edge over other performers
