@RaMansell@PhysInHistory Not only that, but "accelerated expansion" is the placeholder (i.e. theory) for the observation of an unexpected redshift/distance relationship. Indeed the Big Bang Theory is such a placeholder, explaining redshift/distance relationships first observed by E. Hubble.
@PatreonSupport I've not posted in a while... today noticed I cannot see my tags, nor find my posts by searching for tags. But I can still apply tags when creating a post. What gives? Tags are a huge, valuable tool that many have invested in... please keep/restore them!
@PatreonSupport As I said, I can still apply tags when I create (page two input). Where do these tags go now? I've got hundreds of posts tagged this way and that... can those tags be converted into collections? Can a post appear in several collections at once?
@GooslyTFs Tags can still be applied to your new / created posts on the second page in the creative process. But the bigger question now is, where do you see tags as a visitor, or how do you search/filter posts by tag? Where is the "tag list?" Tags seem to be gone, which makes no sense.
@PeterVermont@memcculloch Peter, thank you this was a great tip! McCulloch will speak to our astronomy club in February! Such an interesting theory, that explains (and predicts) so many anomalous observations!
@William38699931@BasedF15pilot@ericweinstein@joerogan I think you've misunderstood McCulloch's theory. When accelerations are very small, inertial mass is reduced. (i.e. wide binary stars, stars far enough from a galactic core...) In any kind of high acceleration regime, inertial mass will equal gravitational mass i.e. weight.
@planet4589@nadiamdrake@theferaltweets ...and if positive evidence of extraterrestrial technology were found, what are the odds this would actually be made public? I propose the odds are very small. Although I think UAP are worthy of this study, I believe the results are doomed to be controversial either way.
@RealOrFake3D There are examples of how foreground objects "pull" the background to their level... But there is also some very well done conversion, where e.g. reflections are treated correctly, and some scenes of wonderful spatial 3d complexity (possibly stereo rendered fly-throughs city).
@RealOrFake3D Thanks for your excellent web page! I need to report an error. I just viewed Space Pirate Captain Harlock 3D, and while 3d is well done, it is a conversion (with errors visible). Sad because the film is CGI, and would have been great in native 3d!
@RealOrFake3D There are discontinuities in depth progression, there are reflections on surfaces that appear to "stick to" those surfaces (reflected imagery is in the 3d space behind surfaces), there are discontinuities in depth of objects across cuts (like the Arcadia closing on empire ship).
@RealOrFake3D Hi, sorry for delay in my reply. I don't use twitter regularly. Actually I'm about to post some "evidence" on my Patreon blog, along with screen grabs. As far as conversions go, Harlock seems well done, but throughout the film there are various little conversion artifacts...
@RealOrFake3D Hi again, please correct this error: "Cave of Forgotten Dreams" While some of the imagery is native stereoscopic (but very badly handled or shot), the underground/cave imagery is converted (awful conversion, too). In sum, film gives a black eye to the 3D genre.
