Very sad news - I have fond memories (as i'm sure many others do) of their early 8-bit programming books, with example games that explained what each segment did.
It took much longer than expected, apologies for that, but you may be delighted to learn that my adventure game "The Curse of Rabenstein" is now available in SPANISH language (all Systems, e.g. Spectrum, CPC, MSX1, MSX2, C64, Amiga, ST, DOS etc.)

Nintendo is often cited as saving video games in the USA in 1985, but the NES only saw a trial release in NYC for Christmas 1985, and in L.A. early 1986. Country-wide release wasn't until Christmas 1986, and it wasn't until 1987-1988 that things were really underway.
