Spain has stopped pretending. The border is gone. Thousands crossed in hours. The trigger was amnesty. The result was collapse.

But Spain is only the latest breach. The smuggling networks have already adapted. French patrols tightened, so the gangs shifted north. Now they launch from Belgium. Taxi boats motor along the coast for hours, collecting migrants from beaches sixty miles away, then racing for the Channel. Same networks. New routes. Same destination.

These are not spontaneous movements. They are organized operations run by criminal cartels. Iraqi Kurdish gangs control the boats. Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps operatives ride them. The IRGC's Unit 700, the logistics arm of the Quds Force, uses these routes to station agents in London. Suspected Iranian intelligence officers have been intercepted in small boats. The networks are owned by the regime.

Spain is the breach. France is the passage. Belgium is the new launchpad. Britain is the destination.

The word is out. Britain jails its own for complaining while rewarding those who arrive. Post and face prison. Protest and face prison. Meanwhile, illegal entry carries no consequence, and Iranian agents arrive via smuggling routes.

Everyone is excited about there being 2.9 million fewer foreign-born people in the United States. I agree that any progress is welcome news, but the numbers are still dire. This is no time to relax.

There are an estimated 3.7 million green card holders living in the 11 states traditionally categorized as the South. Of those residents, roughly 2.5 million are eligible for naturalization.

Meet Telugu-speaking Hyderabad Indian H4 EAD holders—spouses of H1B visa holders with almost the same rights as a green card. H4 EAD was introduced by Obama in 2015. There are almost 1.2 million H4 EAD holders in America. 80% are Indian, and 60% are Telugu-speaking Indians.

H1B holders get jobs through fake experience and proxy interviews. Then they marry Indian women with huge dowries ($200K–$1M USD) and bring them on H4 EAD. These wives also get jobs with fake degrees and fake experience. Some open fake H1B consultancies (body shops), motels, food trucks, and restaurants—taking American jobs and money.

The entire U.S. visa system has many loopholes. 70% of them are misused by Indians, especially Telugu people from South India (Hyderabad region).

Visa types being misused:
✅ H4 EAD & L2: Spouse visas with almost same rights as a green card—open LLCs, do multiple jobs, etc.
✅ E3, E2, TN, E1: Treaty visas for Australian and Canadian citizens—but most Indians get citizenship there first, then come to America on these visas.
✅ J1: Cultural and educational exchange visa—misused.
✅ O1: Extraordinary ability visa—misused.
✅ EB-5: Investor visa—misused for green cards.
✅ L1: Multinational company transfers—misused.
✅ F1/OPT: Student visas—misused for illegal work.
✅ B1/B2: Tourist/business visas—misused for illegal work and babysitting.
✅ R1: Religious worker visa—misused in the name of temples.
✅ H2A/H2B: Temporary agricultural/non-agricultural jobs—misused.
✅ U visa: Crime victims—misused.
✅ P1-P3: Athletes and entertainers—misused.

Green card categories being misused:
✅ EB-1: For scientists, professors, and extraordinary ability—misused with fake research and publications.
✅ EB-2: For advanced degree professionals—misused with fake degrees and experience.
✅ EB-3: For skilled workers—misused with fake job offers and credentials.
✅ EB-4: Religious workers and special immigrants—misused for fast-track green cards.
✅ EB-5: Investor visa—misused for fraudulent investments.
