@BrianneM20 This is not #punishmentthatfitsthecrime. He has changed these women's lives as they will never forget what he did including threaten and preform rituals on them. Almost nine years is a very light sentence compared to what he did to these people who trusted him as their bishop.

@BrianneM20 2/2 there is not much the school can do as it is most likely occurring off school grounds. If this is the case, I think it is up to the parents to restrict and censor their kids from these violent influences.

@KeannaRowchan19 I think he has been given sufficient time to find a job and at his age, he is an adult who is responsible for his own actions. At what point will be just be taking #advantage of his parents? I think it is reasonable for his parents to want him to move out and be independent.

@rachfergusonlaw 1/2 This is terrible. Police should not use violence in scenarios like this. I feel as though some officers misuse their label of being with the police and get away with too many incidents.

@stephanieglaw So sad that their justification to killing whales are for reseach. It is ridiculous to need to kill so many whales. I think that these #EnvironmentalProtectionLaws are found in devloped nation because for one they are privileged and their animals are seen to be very important.

@JamesBe64687822 Once again an incident like this happens. I still believe that #racism has only been suppressed, it has most definitely not been #abolished or things like this wouldn't have happened. I think that officers need to be #displined and #taught to react properly in situations.

@JamesBe64687822 I think there should be stricter laws when people hunt. The death of animals shouldn't be taken lightly. I also agree that if people are caught they should be charged or fined. If people see that happening it may change their hunting habits and leave the #wildlife alone.

@law_esha I think that the users should make the decision and if they choose to grow in a household, there should be rules to follow if there are children present. Not everyone has children in their household so I don't think it would be entirely #fair for the bill to be rejected entirely.

@BCSSLawDas I think #CriminalLaw interests people because the cases vary so much and they're very interesting to see unfold. Also, it is one law that is most often settled in a courtroom. If I were to become a #Canadian Lawyer I would definitely explore the possibility of specializing in it.

@rachfergusonlaw 2/2 but it has brought on more attention to the fact that there is no #fairness and that the police should be #penalized for shooting the man not once but three times. If this incident occurred with a man who was not African-American do you think the outcome would be different?

@kirstens_law I totally agree with your opinion. I think that this is beyond #freedomofspeech and has just become the justification for #hatespeech so they don't have to change the #FirstAmendment. I agree that until they make a change, this will keep occurring.

@Law4Samuel This is most definitely #AnimalAbuse. I feel like people don't think animals are as important compared to #humanlives, but it is still a life that is gone and she should be #charged. What #punishment do you think will justify this crime? How can these incidents be prevented?

@katquachlaw I don't think that he should be denied parole. I agree that #rehabilitation would be a good option as there is most likely a reason behind his actions that can be treated to prevent events like this from reoccurring.

@katquachlaw @rachfergusonlaw 2/2 Along with that, the US #lifeexpectancy has dropped to 79.3 compared to Canada's 82.2. Will the US finally make a change if the #lifeexpectancy continues to drop? Will other health issues that arise catch their attention on how important #healthcare is?

@katquachlaw @rachfergusonlaw 1/2 The US is the only industrialized nation without #universalhealthcare. Sadly, a privatized health care system has given insurance companies and providers a lot of leverage to charge shocking prices.
