@nflrums Absolutely not! Pete is a nepotistic coach that only wants to elevate his guys and not the whole team. We really can't afford a leader like that. We need a young coach with something to prove. Consider this year a huge mistake that you don't want to repeat.

@dhitomi @RaiderPosts This analysis also points out that bringing on "Jouneyman" QBs haven't worked out. It wasn't until we drafted Carr that we had somewhat of consistent play at QB. We need to look to draft our future QB
