@SkyHelpTeam Switched from @virginmedia so now have no phone, internet or tv. Stayed in all afternoon for engineer- didn't turn up. Apparently if we don't hear in 2 weeks we should reschedule ( according to website "info"). Do we use pigeon mail to do so and if so what address please???
