Seeing a lot of Republican feedback on this move by the DNC. While unionizing seems a bit absurd, political operatives on both sides of the aisle are looking for long-term careers in this field & have high expectations on what should be provided to them.
From strictly a political standpoint, if your opponents' campaigns are publicly unionized your campaign needs to be prepared to answer questions about workplace procedure, employee treatment, and benefits provided. 3/4
