I ran an abliterated Qwen3.8-27B entirely on my own stack.

My setup:
• NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada, 48GB, rented by the hour
• llama.cpp + Open WebUI, private SSH tunnel
• 17.9GB of weights
• 256K context, full-precision KV cache, vision enabled
• Bare server to running model in about an hour

the speed: 42 tokens/sec generation, 1,900 tokens/sec prompt processing.
It read a 5,000-word document and answered in 8.6 seconds.

Zero guardrails this is Liberating, and sobering. When intelligence is available to anyone, responsibility can no longer be outsourced.
