Clayton Christensen’s theory of disruptive innovation is the wrong inspiration for clinical trial innovators.
He had a far better, more useful framework.

@jlewisdc I think most people know the meaning of experimental, so yes that's an option. I think "possible treatment" communicates something similar as well. We've got to do better than investigational. That means nothing to the general public.
Some IRBs love the word "investigational," but is our industry really informing patients when using this word? We try to use phrasing that communicates the same thing but is not scientific jargon, but some IRBs just insist on using "investigational."
If you ever invite me to a meeting like this, I assure you I will make it my top priority and clear my schedule if need be to be in attendance. #catpyjamajam
Excited to be attending an investigator’s meeting yesterday and today to discuss digital patient recruitment with research sites. Attended many of these as a study coordinator. #backtomyroots@LillyTrials
In all the adverse event reporting training I've done over the years, gotta say I've never seen racism used as an event example in the training 😐https://t.co/Btzf3nXsCu
Great to see a client mentioned in @michaelpollan's latest @NYTHealth article regarding their work in depression clinical trials. See https://t.co/HBrLEscKRw for more!
