2026 साल का पहला कार्यक्रम नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने तथागत गौतम बुद्ध की स्मृति में किया. नए साल का पहला कार्यक्रम बुद्ध की स्मृति में किया जाना महत्वपूर्ण है.

प्रधानमंत्री के लिए और भारत के लिए ये साल मंगलमय हो, बुद्धमय हो. नमो बुद्धाय.

इसलिए भूल जाइए कि 1992 में बाबरी मस्जिद तोड़ी गई या कि वहां कभी कोई मस्जिद थी.

इस्लामिक आक्रांताओं द्वारा लाखों मूर्तियों को तोड़े जाने और तमाम मंदिर और बुद्ध विहार जलाए जाने को हिंदू और बौद्ध भूल सकते हैं तो एक मस्जिद आप भी भूल जाइए.

दो-तीन और मस्जिद लौटा भी देंगे तो खुदा की प्रार्थना की जगह कम नहीं हो जाएगी. उनका घर ऐसे भी भारत तो नहीं ही था. भारत में इस्लाम तो बाद में बाहर से आया. पहले यहां तो पुराने धर्म ही थे.आुपका अल्लाह तो मस्जिद में रहता भी नहीं है. तो मस्जिद के बारे में उतना क्या सोचना.

जिनकी जगह थी, उनको दे दीजिए. उन्होंने ले ली, तो जाने दीजिए.

तुर्की में हागिया सोफिया चर्च आपने ईसाइयों से जबरन ली कि नहीं. ये तर्क भारत पर लागू कीजिए.

अब अगर कुतुब मीनार की कुवात उल इस्लाम मस्जिद जैन मंदिर को तोड़कर बनी है और उस मंंदिर के निशान मस्जिद के खंभों पर दिख भी रहे हैं तो उसे जैनियों को दे दीजिए. बेचारों के पास ऐसे भी कम ही मंदिर हैं.

यही तो इंसानियत है. ऐसे ही तो मजबूत होगा राष्ट्र

ये फर्जी बात है कि इस्लाम शांति और प्यार का धर्म है. सर्वाधिक शांति से बौद्ध, जैन और हिंदू रहे हैं.

सिर्फ मुसलमानों ने पिछले 70 साल में जितने मुसलमान मारे हैं, वह दूसरे विश्व युद्ध में मारे गए लोगों से थोड़े ही कम है.

शिया और सुन्नी मुसलमानों के बीच सिर्फ ईरान-इराक और सीरिया में झगड़ों में 11 लाख लोग मारे गए हैं. बाकी हजारों झगड़े अलग हैं.

आप लोग पहले अपने मजहब वालों के साथ शांति और प्यार से रहना सीखिए. दूसरों के साथ तो आप जो करना चाहते हैं, वह आपकी किताब में लिखा ही है.

अनुसूचित जाति का आरक्षण सिर्फ भारतीय धर्मों के लोगों के लिए है. ईसाई, मुसलमान आदि के लिए ये नहीं है.

जो लोग एक साथ ये कह रहे हैं कि उनके धर्मों और कुरान और बाइबिल में जाति और छुआछूत नहीं है और अनुसूचित जाति का फर्जी सर्टिफिकेट भी बनवा रहे हैं वे न सिर्फ अपने अल्लाह और गॉड के साथ फ्रॉड यानी धोखाधड़ी कर रहे हैं, बल्कि गैर-कानूनी काम भी कर रहे हैं. उनको जेल हो सकती है.

उनका अल्लाह और गॉड उनको दोजख या हेल (नर्क) में सड़ाएगा. आग में उनको जलाया भी जा सकता है. वहां उनकी चमड़ी भी उतारी जा सकती है.

एससी लिस्ट संबंधी ये व्यवस्था संविधान आदेश, 1950 के तहत है, जिसे कानून मंत्री रहते हुए बाबा साहब डॉक्टर भीमराव आंबेडकर ने अपने मंत्रालय से पास किया था.

अब ये भारतीय धर्म के लोगों पर है कि बाबा साहब प्रदत्त अपना संवैधानिक अधिकार कैसे सुरक्षित रखें क्योंकि कुछ लोग अपने खुदा और गॉड तथा भारतीय संविधान-कानून को धोखा देने पर तुले हैं.

पॉलिटिकल इस्लाम को लेकर दो विचार: गांधी-नेहरू बनाम पटेल-बाबासाहब-सावरकर

इस्लाम के राजनीतिक व्यवहार को लेकर दो तरह के विचार भारत में थे.

एक था गांधी और नेहरू का विचार, जिनको लगता था कि थोड़ा पीछे हटेंगे, थोड़ा और तुष्टिकरण करेंगे तो वे मान जाएंगे. इस चक्कर में वे पीछे हटते चले गए, देश टूटा और दस लाख लोग विभाजन के दौरान मारे गए.

इसके बाद जो भारत बचा, वहां भी मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ या शरिया, वक्फ कानून, सरकारी पैसे से चलने वाली मुस्लिम यूनिवर्सिटी और मदरसे कायम रहे. चार शादी और कम उम्र के लड़कियों से शादी जारी रही.

1947 से 1967 के बीच पांच साल को छोड़कर शिक्षा मंत्रालय लगातार मौलाना आजाद से लेकर मोहम्मद करीम छागला, हुमायूं कबीर और फखरुद्दीन अली अहमद को दिया गया. सिलेबस इसी हिसाब से बना.

गांधी-नेहरू से बेहतर समझ सरदार पटेल, बाबा साहब और सावरकर की थी. तीनों के विचार कई मामलों में अलग थे. पर इस्लाम के राजनीतिक उद्देश्यों की समझ को लेकर तीनों लगभग एक जगह खड़े मिलते हैं.

इस्लाम के राजनीतिक तेवर को नेहरू और गांधी कभी नहीं समझ पाए.

जिन लोगों को खुश करने के लिए नेहरू ने 1937 में वंदे मातरम को बुरे तरीके से काट दिया, वे लोग कटा हुआ वंदे मातरम भी कहां गा रहे हैं?

नेहरू को लोगों के धार्मिक-राजनीतिक व्यवहार के बारे में इतनी कम जानकारी क्यों थी? वे इतने भोले और अबोध क्यों थे?

नेहरू ने सोचा कि मूल गीत से शक्ति की उपासना, प्राचीन भारत का गौरव, मंदिर और दुर्गा का जिक्र काट देंगे तो मुसलमान वंदे मातरम गाने लगेंगे और मुस्लिम लीग पाकिस्तान की मांग छोड़ देगी.

ऐसा नहीं होता है भाई.

उन्होंने न सिर्फ पाकिस्तान लिया, बल्कि भारत में भी अपना अलग पर्सनल लॉ, वक्फ कानून, चार शादी करने की कानूनी आजादी, कम उम्र की लड़कियों से शादी करने की छूट और अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम यूनिवर्सिटी के लिए सरकारी बजट लिया. मदरसों की सरकारी फंडिंग ली. पहली कैबिनेट में शिक्षा मंत्रालय लिया. वे आज भारत में सबसे तेजी से बढ़ते धार्मिक समूह बन गए हैं.

इतिहास ने नेहरू को गलत साबित किया.

और जिस साल नेहरू मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण कर रहे थे, उससे दो साल पहले कांग्रेस ने बाबा साहब के लिए कोई कंसेसन नहीं दिया और धमकी देकर पूना पैक्ट साइन करवाया.

आखिर बाबा साहब के लोग ही भारत में टिके. जबकि जिनका तुष्टिकरण हुआ, वे यानी जिन्ना और लियाकत यहां से चले गए.

1946 के चुनाव में यूपी, बिहार, महाराष्ट्र, तमिलनाडु, बंगाल हर जगह के मुसलमानों ने मुस्लिम लीग के कैंडिडेट को जिताया, जबकि वे जानते थे कि उनको पाकिस्तान जाना नहीं है.

पाकिस्तान के मुसलमानों ने पाकिस्तान नहीं बनाया. ये काम हमारे यहां रहे गए लोगों ने किया था. मुस्लिम लीग से जीते 28 लोग तो भारत की संविधान सभा के मेंबर भी बने.

वंदे मातरम पूरा ही गाया जाना चाहिए.

संसद और विधानसभा में मुसलमानों की संख्या अभी और घटेगी.

सवाल ये नहीं है कि पूरा का पूरा मुस्लिम वोट मिलने के बावजूद कोई गठबंधन पर्याप्त मुस्लिम कैंडिडेट क्यों नहीं देता या उनको उप-मुख्यमंत्री प्रोजेक्ट नहीं करता.

सवाल ये है कि मुसलमानों को ये सब चाहिए क्या?

अगर मुसलमान धार्मिक नेतृत्व का लक्ष्य उम्मा और सारी दुनिया को मुसलमान बनाना है तो ये सब हक और अधिकार लेकर वे क्या करेंगे?

अगर राजनीति भी मजहब का ही विस्तार हो तो वे राजनीति से सिर्फ ये उम्मीद करेंगे कि उनके मजहबी काम को अबाध होने दिया जाए. पर्सनल लॉ बना रहे. वक्फ के नाम पर मनमानी चलती रहे. मदरसों को सरकारी धन मिलता रहे. चार शादी और कम उम्र की लड़कियों से शादी करने की कानूनी छूट जारी रहे.

राजनेता इस बात को समझ गए हैं. अगर सेक्युलर दल एक भी मुसलमान कैंडिडेट न दे तो भी आप उनको ही वोट देंगे. और ये होने वाला है. मुसलमान एमपी और एमएलए अभी और कम होंगे.

मुसलमान कैंडिडेट देने का दायित्व उन दलों पर है, जिनको मुसलमान वोट देते हैं. जिनको आप वोट ही नहीं दे रहे हैं, वो दल अगर मुसलमान कैंडिडेट देगा तो चुनाव हार जाएगा.

ये नियम सिर्फ वहां टूटेगा, जहां मुस्लिम आबादी 50% से ज्यादा है. बाकी जगह से एमपी और एमएलए अभी और कम होंगे.

आपके समय IITs में कुल 5706 में एससी के 64 और एसटी के सिर्फ 7 टीचर थे।

Self Respect and Dignity

Only a disadvantaged person who has lived the experiences, can understand the pain of caste, merit and reservation.

Humiliations are a habit for us.

Success is mostly ignored, but failures are amplified beyond proportion.

Everyday psychological attacks on our self-respect almost make us accept the fact that this is a way of life.

They accept their identity and continue with their lives.

But the question is, should our sons and daughters undergo this humiliation?

Periyar wrote

"There is no use of simply acquiring titles or amassing wealth if one has no self respect "

Ambedkar wrote "

...it is your claim to equality, which hurts them. They want to maintain the status quo. If you continue to accept your lowly status ungrudgingly; continue to remain dirty, filthy, backward, ignorant, poor and disunited; they will allow you to live in peace. The moment you start to raise your level, the conflict starts..."

When I realized that this bullshit will not end and that they will also make my sons undergo this...

I just decided to collect and build a counter narrative against the lakhs of tweets on social media..

As I collect and fight these prejudices in my own mind with great logic, my self-respect has gone up... !!!

Question the very basic facts and assumptions behind everything.

Be a rational thinker.
Get out and embrace scientific thinking.

If something is deliberately done to hurt your self respect and dignity, don't allow it.

Self Respect and Dignity is more important than titles, jobs and wealth...

One of the reasons why SC,ST,OBCs are not represented in Chartered Accountancy (CA) is that there is no reservation for SC,ST,OBCs.
There is no law in the country that forbids this.
When AIIMS can give reservations for SC, ST, and OBCs in PG courses, law professional courses can have reservations. There is no point why there should not be reservations for SC, ST, and OBCs in CA examinations.
Please discuss and throw some light on this issue.
Some MP should raise this issue in parliament and issue an direction to CA body through a change in the act

25 important issues for the SC/ST/OBCs in the coming decade

(1) 50% reservation to be implemented in IIT,IIM, 45 central universities faculty and administrative staff at all levels
(2) 50% reservation in secretary, additional secretary and joint secretaries to government of India
(3) Private sector reservation
(4)Reservation in lateral entries
(5) Reservation in outsourced staff and temporary jobs
(6) Revamp of 13 point roster with dynamic rosters to enable real time vacancies to be published on a national dashboard with a time line fixed for each vacancies
(7) Many places sanctioned posts are not at 50%, All the posts should be realigned and first priority should be given to fill SC/ST/OBC
(8) Removing "Not Found Suitable" criteria and recruiting based on minimum qualifications criteria to ensure 50% is achieved
(9) Blanket ban on dereservation in any organisation
(10) 50% reservation in cabinet and key positions to be given to SC/ST/OBC members
(11) 50% reservation for all office bearers in all political parties with representation from SC,ST,OBCs
(12) Subcategorization of OBCs into four set so as to ensure equitable distribution of resources. Economic criteria is not needed. Only social and educational backwardness should be considered
(13) Subcategorisation of SC/ST into backward and most backward SC/ST to be undertaken
(14) Dalit Muslims,Dalit Christians, Pasmanda Muslims reservation - A fixed percentage may be 6% to 8% to be given
(15) Reservation to be provided in top private universities like BITS, VIT etc where there is no reservation norms followed
(16) Reservation to be provided in Ph.D. and scholarships for foreign universities. Tie ups with Harvard,Stanford to consider admission based on caste as protected class.
(17) Redistribution of land and introducing collective farming with a intention of providing fixed income to SC/ST farmers. Most of the farmers are landless and they need to be incentized to get fixed income and not be left at the mercy of land owners
(18) Large new settlements in urban areas where high rises and small apartments of sizes 600 sq ft to be build for sc/st to pull them out of villages and make there kids study in cluster schools and make them employable
(19) Nudging private sector to employ more and more sc/st/obc freshers by giving them tax incentives with an assured employment of three years
(20) Priority allotment of industrial lands,sites to SC/ST/OBCs
(21) Grant free lands for SC/ST/OBCs to run their own educational institutions
(22) Setting up 100 Bhim KV schools in dalit dominated area to provide quality education
(23) SC/ST funds allocated and used for only creating direct benefits and assets
(24) Minimizing SC/ST funds for general use
(25) Reservation in Judiciary at all levels

So, a small set of 25 requests which will change the lives of 80% of the Indian population
