You are right, but we are still the ones that complain about ridiculous prices of the real estate offerings. It just pains me to see what our developers offer us here versus what the money would get you in even very much advanced countries

If we depend less on the so called real estate developers and build our houses instead of buying their trash, even rent would be cheaper.
