This is Chad Eberle, a reserve police officer in Texas. Chad has a child with a Mexican woman, and they were in a custody dispute. Chad drove into Mexico and killed three people in relation to this dispute, as well as shooting the mother in the head. He was arrested trying to cross back into Texas with his son. This story hasn't gotten much traction, but we all know that if a Mexican man came to America and did this, it would be on a 24 hour loop on Fox News.

According to the father, a white neighbor called the police on him and his sons because they were the only Black family at the pool.
