This is what a 34-week-old baby looks like outside the womb.
In Massachusetts, you can now abort an unborn baby at this age.
The only difference is the child’s location.
@PastorGregC I really like Jim Hamilton in the ESV Expository Commentary. Lots of good biblical theology, thoughtful pastoral application, and helpfully concise. It's also on sale at Crossway, and buying it from them gets you the digital copy for free https://t.co/okjVCo8MDv
“The eye of a hurricane is an excellent place to reflect upon the puniness of man and his work. If an adequate definition of humility is ever written, it's likely to be done in the eye of a hurricane.”

@AllisonGarnett6 @wmitch So many choices! The Great Adventure. Dive. Heaven in the Real World. If you want a real deep track, there’s Dancing with the Dinosaur.
@mdwhite1990 I think the only specific feedback when I preached at my home church was a lady who said, “You have a good preaching voice.” Not exactly what you hope to hear, but better than the alternative!
Hope you’re doing well, brother.
Quite telling that in response to the Dobbs decision, companies are promising to pay for abortions instead of expanding maternity leave and are being applauded for it.
@KirkMiller_ Mohler referenced this when he was at the microphone (he was part of the group that composed BFM2000). My assumption based on his comments is that he preferred elder, but the committee thought pastor was clearer in terms of how it would be understood by most churches.
Tuesday’s 7 AM breakfast is now SOLD OUT.
We look forward to seeing everyone at both events — tonight at 6 for Dr. John MacArthur and Tuesday at 7 AM for breakfast!
@pastorjgkell Was just reading and praying about this earlier in the week: “Men judge things more fully by the eye than by the ear; consequently Ministers’ practice is as much regarded, if not more than their sermons.” Charles Bridges, The Christian Ministry.
