This isn’t one letter. It’s a pattern.

@JakePenn4 and his wife have never voted by mail in Minnesota. Yet the Voter Participation Center mailed them a pre-filled absentee form that starts with “Thank you for voting by mail in the past.”

Same letter is showing up on Nextdoor and in replies from people who also never voted absentee. Pre-filled name, address, and a lie about their voting history.

Third-party groups are running 200,000+ VBM applications in MN off dirty lists while Steve Simon’s office pretends the rolls are clean.

This is how they manufacture turnout. Document it. Share it. Don’t let it get memory-holed.

While you were all nestled in your beds, I found myself having a panic attack.

Once again, while working on the Minneapolis article I found out something stunning. The 1965 Legislators granted absolute powers to the cities. They granted powers to cities they, the legislators, did not possess themselves. That's like me giving my son permission to drive my neighbors BMWs. I'm in shock. We thrived, we excelled, we created community and every step of the way the government of Minnesota was behind the scenes trying to destroy us and control us.

1965 Municipal Planning Act. §462.353
The Act then defined a “comprehensive municipal plan” as policies, goals, standards and maps for:
“guiding the physical, social and economic development, both private and public, of the municipality and its environs”

It went further in defining the land-use plan as policies and programs for:
“guiding the future development of private and public property.”

And then §462.353 granted the actual authority:
“A municipality may carry on comprehensive municipal planning activities for guiding the future development and improvement of the municipality” and could implement the plan through “ordinance and other official actions.”

Granting powers that they did not possess. No doubt that this has happened everywhere-like the Met Council.

This means that our juvenile city council can re-imagine and re-engineer how we live. That's why they've made it impossible to rebuild areas of the George Floyd destruction. They've created ridiculous ordinances and refused to issue building permits. The city has a plan and it's in the process of remaking Minneapolis. A bunch of juvenile socialists are wielding powers beyond a representative government, because the legislators granted them powers way beyond a representative government.

I really feel like the way the GOP Senate is not passing The Save America Act, gaveling in and blocking recess appointments , gives me a better understanding as to why many people give up on voting!

I mean why should we when our own party won't get done what the President we voted for said he would get done!

They are handing it back over to the Democrats so what's the use! They blame the Democrats but it's all a show! THEY ARE ISSUE and 77 million of us see it and the fact that 5 just 5 Senators can step up and remove Thune and don't, says it all. Cowards!

Mr. President — Minnesota is not a close-call election dispute. It is a legislated criminal industry.

One registered voter can authorize eight people with no ID. Facility staff can authorize unlimited residents. Official training tells judges: do not ask for identification. The state’s own handbook says select no license, no ID, no SSN — then mark “vouched for.” St. Louis County’s own numbers: 737 vouched Election Day registrations in one county in one general. A sitting commissioner says modem-equipped systems are uncertified in roughly two-thirds of our counties. Results files already went backwards on the public website.

That is not a theory. That is statute, training, official data, and on-camera confirmation.

They are now on a clock to shred the envelopes. Rejected envelopes cannot even be opened unless a contest is filed. The Secretary of State is celebrating blocked access to the rolls while the pathway stays open for November.

This is how the syndicate maintains power: write the loophole into law, train the workers, hide the lists, call anyone who documents it the threat.
You have the Department of Justice. @AGToddBlanche and @AAGDhillon already have the tools — voter-roll enforcement, election monitors, 18 U.S.C. § 611, and conspiracy against rights. Use them here. Demand the envelopes, the vouching lists, and the results-file logs before they disappear.
Minnesota is the warning. November is the event.

If this pathway is not dismantled now, the same industry will decide the general.
