The deposit of faith is always safe in the Roman Catholic Church. No matter how progressive or absurd a pope, bishop, priest or deacon may be, the Eucharist, the liturgy, the mass, the doctrine and the deposit of faith is always safe and protected by Christ promise and the magisterium.

Despite how weak or foolish Peter and all his successors may have been, the deposit of faith and the church are safe and protected by Christ’ promise that the gates of hell will never prevail.

This is not true of the Protestant Churches. There is no single shared doctrine, form, structure, service or deposit of faith preserved through time. Even the Scriptures the Protestant’s claim as their foundation are an artifact of the Catholic Church; protected. preserved, and canonized by the Catholic Church at the council of Rome in 382.

From the beginning, before the scriptures were gathered together in the 3rd century and affirmed in the fourth century, there was the Eucharist and the Mass.

I’ve seen a few people share this. The comments for every repost, including the original post, are revealing. Read them. It’s literally demons screaming and freaking out like roaches fleeing from the light. They are using every trick Fr. Ripperger mentions. The spiritual warfare is obvious. The demons are hiding in plain sight pretending they don’t exist and mocking anyone who believes in God.

As comical as this may be. One must realize that when a society provides every mode of transportation, free meals, education, and social hubs, it shields people from the natural consequences of their own poor decisions. This doesn't just stunt personal growth—it distorts justice by shielding the malicious from accountability. Worse, it crowds out the voluntary charity and services that communities used to provide for those who truly need a hand after bad choices.
