When you're building a sequence with crowds or extras in AI, doing them separately is exhausting. But if you don't, your main characters start showing up as doppelgangers in the background.

Agent One handles extras on its own, keeping ethnicity, geography, and time period consistent with your story's context. We built an entire chase sequence in Penumbra Episode 2 with just 4 location pictures, and the agent wrote the choreography itself.

Just goes to prove that if you have a story worth telling, you are now no longer blocked by budgets and funding and the "right opportunity". Quoting the director of this series, Vinu, “Agent One is the closest thing I’ve found to ten extra hands - I describe the intent, delegate, and it comes back with the shot while I’m already thinking about the next one. The pace honestly doesn’t make sense to me yet.”

We kept the process exactly how we run real shoots: 𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘵 → 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬-𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 → 𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 → 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘢 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘶𝘢𝘨𝘦 → 𝘝𝘖 → 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘳 → 𝘘𝘊.

What changed is who carried the weight: InVideo agents + models as our primary resource tool, not a gimmick.

No essay prompts. We built a prompt-ops layer instead: we trained our brainstorming bots (ChatGPT + small internal models) to think in our tone, pacing, and shot language, so they output accurate, non-betraying prompts we could actually cut with.

What stayed the same: taste, timing, brutal edits, “is this watchable?” gate.
What changed: trucks, permits, weather days, VO booths, reshoot pain. (Gone.)
Hard mode on purpose: hyper-real, conversational, consistent characters across bakery → boardroom → studio → return. If it holds there, it holds anywhere.

If you’re a user: bring a vision-first brief and go text-to-video.

For this film: we used the same pro workflow—just swapped bodies for models.

Not cheaper for the sake of cheap. Smarter where it counts.

Also: sessions adapt. When your language is precise, the model learns your pace faster. When it’s mushy, you’re teaching it to jog. Time is the real budget now. Vocabulary buys it wholesale.
