Canada is not a democracy. It's not even a free nation anymore.

How could it be when Parliament is sidelined for eight months, allowing the executive branch to reign unchecked?

Or when foreign interference is ignored and elections are gamed?

Or when courts rule that the government broke the law and nothing changes?

Or when the state controls your speech, your property, your energy, your news, your guns, your healthcare—and offers you assisted suicide when the wait times get too long?

Canada has become something else: a managed oligarchy with democratic trappings, where the individual exists to serve the state.

Look how far Canada has fallen. Because this could be America's future overnight.

I don’t think Congressional Republicans understand the potential cost coming this November, or else they would have codified everything Trump is doing into law.

Right now, they are losing the messaging war… badly. Instead of talking like real human beings about the real pain Americans are feeling, they're running generic campaign ads straight out of 1985.

Socialists are winning because they are doing what they do best: appealing directly to people's daily struggles, even if their "solutions" will destroy us in the long term. They offer flashy, government-run "relief" while Republicans stand around giving canned speeches. Take a lesson from Hillary Clinton's failed campaign. Politics doesn't win against personality.

You could be entirely right about how we got here and the real problems we face, and still lose. Because nobody is asking, 'Who broke it?'

Are we still determined to remain free, or are we content to just watch it all slip away?

The entire Western world relies on America, whether we like it or not. Beijing knows it, Moscow knows it, and they're using Iran as an experiment to see how long we can last before we break.

Yet at home, we are paralyzed, arguing over social media nonsense, while the evil in the world grows right in front of us. Freedom isn't automatic and peace isn't free. It takes the unglamorous, expensive, and difficult work of standing by our promises, backing up our word with strength, and refusing to make deals with the very enemies trying to destroy us.

If we want to keep this country, we have to stop taking our freedom for granted and start living like a people determined to stay free.
