Ha! I had a 34 year stable practice in a Family Health Team in a small town. Nice office with great colleagues and a hospital across the road. I couldn’t give my practice away for free even with the community providing incentives to potential recruits. I looked for four years.

Dr Robin McLeod, a legend of surgery, passed away today too soon. Dr McLeod was a pioneer in evidence based surgery. Her contribution to research, edu and clin care are peerless among 🇨🇦 surgeons and we are diminished by her loss.
