Club Statement: Claire Streeter
The club can today confirm that it has parted company with women’s first team manager, Claire Streeter.
Claire was appointed in July 2023, and led the club to the title in last year’s North East Regional Women’s Football League campaign.
We are extremely grateful to Claire for everything she has done during her time with us and wish her well for the future.
A further statement will be made early next week.

@_Dan_Austin Think she’s done it for us with the first few lyrics 😂:
We were good, we were gold
Kinda dream that can't be sold
We were right 'til we weren't
Built a home and watched it burn
NEW: Visual investigation into the near-disaster at the Champions League final:
Thousands of @LFC fans taken on known unsafe route; perimeter checks abandoned; turnstiles closed; brutal policing; attacks by local thugs - and Uefa blamed the fans. https://t.co/8wCNLsnNGL
"We were treated like animals. It was horrific."
Ian Byrne, MP for Liverpool West Derby, who attended the Champions League final in Paris, speaks about his experiences last night.
The behaviour of LFC fans outside the ground should be commended.
This is the kind of thing going on from ticketless locals whilst Reds with tickets waited patiently (albeit frustrated) for the authorities to get a grip. Which they didn’t.
I mean seriously… what is this?
Fans literally just walking through a gate to scan their tickets and this happens? It makes no sense… https://t.co/WDmgisLMST
