Public records raise a straightforward question about Benoit Mayor Linda Carter’s residency.

Property records show she claims a homestead exemption on a home in Wynne, Arkansas. Arkansas voter registration lists her at an address in Wynne. Available people-search reports tie her recent addresses, phone numbers, and activity to Wynne, with only a PO Box associated with Benoit.

Mississippi law requires the mayor to be a qualified elector of the municipality (Miss. Code § 21-3-9). That means she must be a registered voter who actually resides in Benoit.

If she does not reside in Benoit, she is ineligible to serve as mayor. If she is ineligible to serve as mayor, then the appointment she made of Assma Ali as municipal judge would also be invalid.

Questions that need answers:

Does Mayor Carter maintain an actual physical residence inside the town limits of Benoit, or is her only Benoit connection a PO Box / town hall mailing address?

How can someone claim homestead (primary residence) and vote in Arkansas while simultaneously qualifying as a resident and elector of a Mississippi municipality?

If the mayor is not a qualified elector of Benoit, what is the status of official acts she has taken, including the appointment of the municipal judge?

These are public-record questions. The answers matter because eligibility for office is not optional under Mississippi law. I have reached out to Mayor Linda Carter and Alderman Sarah Lee Howard for comment but have not received a response.

When Alexander Haig replaced H.R. Haldeman as Richard Nixon's White House Chief of Staff in May 1973, the White House tapes became his ultimate source of leverage and survival. #Watergate #JFK #Assassination ... READ ON:

Rather than acting as a traditional staffer, Haig operated as a gatekeeper.

Special Prosecutor Leon Jaworski famously referred to Haig during this period as the "37-and-a-half president" because Haig effectively controlled the presidency, the flow of evidence, and the physical destiny of the recordings.

On July 16, 1973, White House aide Alexander Butterfield, doing Haig's bidding, shocked the world by revealing the existence of the secret taping system to the Senate Watergate Committee.

President Nixon happened to be hospitalized with viral pneumonia at that exact moment. Haig used the president's absence to make an immediate executive decision: he ordered the entire secret taping system dismantled and sequestered the existing tapes.

:Haig placed the tapes under his strict personal custody within the White House complex. From that point on, nobody—not even federal investigators—could access a tape without passing through Haig.

Haig eventually used his control over the tapes to orchestrate the end of the Nixon presidency. He showed the Smoking Gun transcript to Nixon’s remaining congressional defenders, shattering the president's political support overnight.

Haig then went to Nixon and bluntly told him he had to resign or face a humiliating impeachment and conviction.

Simultaneously, Haig began negotiating behind the scenes with Warren Commissioner Gerald Ford to ensure that once Nixon stepped down, Ford would grant Nixon a full presidential pardon—insulating the entire administration, and Haig's hidden NSC operations, from further legal dissection.

By managing the tapes, Haig successfully protected the institutional secrets of the military-intelligence apparatus, guided Nixon out of the White House, and kept himself completely clear of indictment.

When Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon for Watergate, he effectively pardoned Alexander Haig for the JFK assassination.

Assma A. Ali has finally posted the documents.

She confirms she was appointed and sworn in as Municipal Court Judge for the Town of Benoit on August 5, 2026. She shared her Oath of Office and the official agenda listing her as “Judge Assma Ali, Esq.”

She writes:

“I was born in the United States, and as both an attorney and a judge, I am committed to upholding the United States Constitution and the laws of the State of Mississippi.”

She claims commitment to the U.S. Constitution while wearing the full sharia hijab every single day.

In the West, the media and activists desperately rebrand the hijab as “choice,” “empowerment,” or “fashion.”

That is a lie.

In Islam, the hijab is a command that publicly signals a woman’s submission to Sharia - a total system of law that places Allah’s rules above any man-made constitution when the two clash.

It is not neutral. It is not cultural decoration. It is a visible declaration of priority.

Mississippi just put a woman who displays that priority on her head every day onto the bench.

Many are asking why, the moment scrutiny hit after I exposed her new role as a judge, Assma scrubbed her original announcement post.

Also, why did she delete her lengthy defense of Amer Ghalib - the former radical mayor of all-Islamic Hamtramck who called Saddam Hussein a “martyr,” liked posts comparing Jews to monkeys, praised the Muslim Brotherhood as “inspirational,” and admitted filling out other people’s absentee ballots?

Why did she sit behind him at his Senate hearing and call the exposure of his record “misleading and unethical” That post is gone. Why?

Why did she erase her public support for Zohran Mamdani- the DSA radical, Muslim socialist, and open anti-Jewish activist who wants to “globalize the intifada”?

What inspired the crossed-scimitar logo hanging in the wall of her law firm - the one that looks uncomfortably close to Muslim Brotherhood imagery?

What is the nature of her long relationship with Debbie Almontaser, the activist forced out of a New York school for defending “Intifada NYC” T-shirts, who celebrated her appointment as a historic triumph for the ummah?

And what is her connection to Husam Kaid, the Canary Mission-documented radical who has called for intifada “in every classroom,” celebrated violence, and served as a CAIR-NY legal intern? Why were you engaging him?

You are now a judge in Mississippi.

The people of this state have a right to know exactly who she is, what networks she moves in, and why I broke the story of her new position; she scrubbed several of her Facebook posts...

For days, people have dismissed reports of the judicial appointment of Assma Ali as false, fake news, or simply untrue. The documents now speak for themselves. Benoit’s own meeting agenda identifies her as “Judge Assma Ali,” and an oath of office states that she was sworn in as Municipal Court Judge for the Town of Benoit.

The Town of Benoit appointed Assma Ali. Now I am calling on Assma Ali’s friends in high places, including our state leaders, to speak up and join me in demanding that the Town of Benoit call a special meeting and take every lawful step necessary to remove her from the municipal bench.
