Planned constant chaos to disorient, circumvent, undermine and simply break the will and energy of those you wish to overpower. Make it unending, multiple flanks and every single source. That IS evil.
Nothing has changed? We knew what’s wrong and needed to correct it! Now we’re seeing the fruits of the 14thA. We have elected officials born of illegals and/or potentially illegals themselves that hate America and now make decisions for us- elected by hordes of other illegals
Nothing actually changed today. Birthright citizenship has been the status quo our entire lives. That status quo has been abused. Pres. Trump signed an EO to change the status quo. The SCOTUS erroneously ruled to keep the status quo. When you wake up tomorrow, nothing will be different than it was yesterday.
What has changed, is we know where we stand now. Knowing where you stand is important. It allows you to shift fire, and re-engage.
It’s okay to be angry, I am, but nothing worthwhile is easy. Be angry, but regroup, refocus and re-engage. The United States of America is worth it.
One of the easiest immigration actions available to the president would be ending the Obama-era work authorization program for certain H-1B spouses. Since it was created through executive action rather than by Congress, rescinding it should largely come down to complying with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
@marklevinshow WHY aren't you pushing for @POTUS@realDonaldTrump to say his top priority now is not the Save America Act?> It is passing, in record time, an amendment to the Constitution ending birthright citizenship.
The only purpose of the Civil Rights Act of 1866 was to use the power of the federal government to confer on all former Black slaves and their progeny the same rights that applied to all other citizens because of continuing resistance in former Confederate states. That's why it was called a civil rights act, not an immigration act. When President Andrew Johnson vetoed it, it was clear to the Republicans that they needed to enshrine it into the Constitution. Thus, was born the 14th amendment.
The majority of the Supreme Court believes that they died to guarantee that children of illegals and pregnant birth tourists would become American citizens
It’s already happening. Trump was just supposed to be a respite in a decades’ long fight against uncontrolled immigration. I say open up those jobs!!! The 55M that Rubio said are here on visas. Open up those jobs!!!! Our children need them now!
American children lost the most today.
This decision will burden them the heaviest — destroying their futures, their opportunities, and their America for generations to come.
Mark Levin blasts the Supreme Court’s birthright citizenship ruling, arguing it wrongly relies on 1600s British common law instead of the U.S. Constitution:
“This has to be one of the dumbest decisions I’ve ever read. I don’t care what other legal analysts have to say. It’s worse than the Roberts Obamacare decision. The fundamental core of this decision is based on British common law from the 1600s, and Chief Justice Roberts keeps referring to it. I don’t know which law clerk drafted this opinion, but I know I wouldn’t want them back next term. We’re about to celebrate the 250th anniversary of this nation. We revolted against the British. We adopted our Declaration of Independence. We do not live under British common law. British common law may serve as a historical guide, but it has to be filtered through our constitutional system. The American people know, instinctively, what this decision is based on. What the opinion argues is that under 1600s British common law, if someone was born on the king’s land, that person became a subject of the sovereign—the king. That, he argues, is the basis for this decision involving the Fourteenth Amendment.”
To those on the right giving us the “It’s not a big deal, they just upheld the way birthright citizenship been interpreted for 100 years”…
It is a big deal because the Democrats have been actively letting millions of people into the country illegally and this was our best chance to have this properly interpreted.
Honestly what is it going to take for you guys to wake the hell up and realize we are not in the same fight we were 20-30 years ago?
Today the Declaration would have never been signed. They would be millenials all indoctrinated in communism, gender identities and communal rights, not individual liberties.
In his Summa Theologiae, St Thomas Aquinas laid out one of the most charitable yet practical arguments concerning immigration that effectively shaped the West for almost 1,000 years.
1. Immigration must always be proportionate so that foreigners can properly assimilate into the culture and mode of worship of the state.
2. Citizenship – and associated rights – should only ever be granted after the third generation to preserve the culture, mode of worship, and constitution of the state.
3. The common good of the citizens must remain the highest priority of the state, meaning, the state's obligation to provide aid to its neighbours can never be at the expense of the citizens.
However, Aquinas ends with the sobering reminder that some peoples and states are incompatible with one another, and these must be held as "foes in perpetuity".
“Freddy” from Germany went viral on 𝕏 for sharing his experiences traveling the World Cup.
He has been getting love from all corners of the internet until Reddit doxxed him and discovered he opposed racism against white people.
He has since faced attacks from the left wing mob, forcing him to delete his account.
These people ruin everything.
I think we need to turn our entire Mideast budget into in-house expenses until we get everyone out. Or cut every cent illegals are getting and use it to get everyone out!!!
I have a feeling Trump KNEW the Supreme Court would overturn his birthright citizenship changes. He says he has a plan for what to do next. I have a few suggestions as well:
- Strengthen border security, interior enforcement, and visa restrictions.
- Increase removal of noncitizens before they have US-born children.
- Limit federal/state benefits for illegal immigrants and require proof of parental status for as much as constitutionally possible.
- Cut back and tighten H-1B, student, and tourist visas.
- Improve the tracking of immigration status for birth records.
@JackLinFLL Enrages me to think dude probably didn’t forget his phone all day. He was high. You get hit by the smell all the time getting out in parking lots with kids in cars, also toddlers also smelling of pot entering schools and centers
Tucker Carlson keeps telling his audience—either directly or laundered through guests—that Islam is no threat to the West and is a better friend to Christians than Israel is.
@DanBurmawy spent 19 years inside the worldview Tucker is now defending. He grew up Muslim in Jordan, converted to Christianity, and cannot go home now. He says that defending Israel there is treated as a worse offense than apostasy itself.
In our conversation, Danny didn’t mince words: “Tucker Carlson doesn't love Christians…When you defend the same group oppressing your brothers and sisters...when you paint Christians in Israel as oppressed and persecuted, you're a deceiver, you're a liar, you are an enemy of Christians.”
Islam was never a better friend to Christians than Israel. Tucker knows that. He's just building a coalition where hating Israel is the only membership requirement.
Unless this ruling is overturned one day, then America is probably now trapped in a death spiral with no hope to rescue it. And I’m not exaggerating here.
There is no possible way the Constitution could be amended to overturn this ruling. The votes don’t exist in Congress or the state legislatures and likely never will because Democrats will oppose this out of a combination of pure spite and political opportunism.
They know that laws can easily become political weapons, and birthright citizenship is a weapon they alone get to use. Under no circumstances will they ever voluntarily surrender it. Why would they? Every time it’s used, it becomes stronger.
It's just a matter of time until Democrats win another election and find themselves in the position to re-open the flood gates, mass import millions of culturally incompatible foreigners from the Third World, let them give birth to anchor babies, and eventually overwhelm this country's existing electorate through sheer deadweight of numbers.
America will be lost in stages, with periodic attempts to fight back along the way. But baring a reversal of this case, it will be lost all the same. The Brazilification of the United States has already been underway for decades. This ruling now guarantees its inevitability unless a future one negates it.
