The choice was offered to him after he was subjected to injustice all his life. he was asked to betray the one person who stood by him. a pretty difficult spot to be in. Exactly why it’s a great epic. these are the situations. the grey ones. one needs to think about.

@TheCineprism That so called distortion makes this great. The greatness of Mahabharata lies two alpha males, strongwilled , Capable, with a good heart ending up on the wrong side. that makes the moralities a lot more complex and more relatable vs a normal good vs evil story

@JaipurDialogues Please understand the reason and the ONLY reason Mahabharata is thought to be the greatest epic is because of two characters with grey shades.. Karna and Bheeshma ..two alpha males with principles a man should have ending up on the wrong side. Take them out, this becomes ordinary

Take that out and it fades out of all that greatness

@4HumanUnity @EndWokeness Disagree on your last point as I am one belonging to that group. Income inequality does not mean lower income. The lower Asian income end is higher than national average. Taking out certain groups from Asian and having just Indian and Chinese immigrants, this increases.
