@MillstoneMntn@Manhattva@LDS_Dems In early December 2021 it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine deployed 125,000 troops, half of its forces, against the predominantly Russian speaking Donbas region of Eastern Ukraine. More than 600,000 Russian citizens reside in Donbas.
@MillstoneMntn@Manhattva@LDS_Dems The attack on Donbas residents by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Nazi paramilitary groups with heavy weapons, artillery and aircraft by the U.S.-backed Kyiv regime, with funds and training provided by the United States, continued for the next 8 years, killing 14,000.
@MillstoneMntn@Manhattva@LDS_Dems On June 3, 2014, CNN reported on the aerial bombing of civilians in Donbas by the U.S.-backed Maidan regime. Five women and three men, all civilians, were killed in the aerial bombing with at least 20 more injured
@MillstoneMntn@Manhattva@LDS_Dems On May 2, 2014 forty-eight Russian speaking citizens of Ukraine protesting the Maidan coup were burnt alive in the Odessa Trade Unions House massacre.
@n_salter7777@Manhattva@perryspeaks3 The Russian military is wholly antiquated and incompetent. The EU would wipe Russia off the face of the Earth if not for one thing. Russian nuclear weapons.
@n_salter7777@Manhattva@perryspeaks3 I am just wondering why the U.S. has to constantly be involved in some war somewhere. What does Ukraine have to do with the U.S.? Why should my money and my kids be sent around the world to die for shit that doesn't affect us?
@MillstoneMntn@Manhattva@LDS_Dems Look at what the government back Azov Battalion was doing to ethnic Russians in Crimea for years. Did you care about those people who were killed? About their towns that were used as artillery practice by Ukrainian National Guard units?
@MillstoneMntn@Manhattva@LDS_Dems Absolutely. American love to cry about the poor, poor Ukrainians and yet when America invaded their fifth, third- world country for the year there are parades in the streets and "support our troops," banners everywhere. I served 12 years and I can tell you it's hypocrisy 101.
@MillstoneMntn@Manhattva@LDS_Dems The U.S. attacks anyone they want for any reason they feel like. But if Russia does the same thing then it's the worst thing ever? Even though this is not the reason.
@MillstoneMntn@Manhattva@LDS_Dems Repeated Ukrainian attacks on ethnic Russians in Crimea. NATO expansion towards Russia. And using the United States rationale for being at constant war everywhere around the world, because they felt like it.
@rileybeesley@tylerboylesut I told my wife 10 years ago that we would see the LDS church allowing gays to be married in the Temple. Looks like I was right again.
@disagreebutter Crumbl were absolutely disgusting. I could handle maybe one bite before my body rejected them like it would a transplanted raccoon kidney. They should include a vial of insulin with each box of cookies.
@latterdaylaura I think the point is that regardless of one's wealth, when you are in a position such as theirs you shouldn't flaunt it. My FIL was told not to drive his Corvette to his job as an accountant for the church. Apparently it wasnt the image they wanted employees to portray.
@Hardstyle_Judge@vbgamer17@BenedictLynx Interesting. I was in the Army for 12 years. Knew hundreds of guys in multiple platoons and companies. The closest guy to me now lives 150 miles to the south. No one gets together with their former unit members and says "hey bitches, let's all live next to one another."
