@Hertz I received 1 email stating car smelled of cigarettes. I complained and tried to get my stolen $ back. Now I receive another email saying extensive cleaning was needed because of ashes everywhere. I don’t smoke!! #Liars Hertz runs this scam on so many people. #thieves.

@Hertz Rented a car after flight cancellation. Returned it and no one was available to look at it with me upon return. Later charged $400 for smoking. I do not smoke, car didn’t smell. Went back to Hertz and called billing to resolve the issue. No one can help me. SCAM!!!
