What does effective South–South cooperation look like in practice?
It starts with dialogue. It grows through trust. And it delivers through sharing expertise.
The Islamic Development Bank Group Regional Hub of Rabat welcomed a delegation from the Guinean Agency for Technical Cooperation (AGCT) led by its Head, to exchange experiences with Morocco and explore concrete pathways to strengthen technical cooperation.
Beyond meetings, this engagement focused on something deeper:
→ Building national systems that can design, manage, and scale cooperation initiatives
→ Learning from proven models, including Morocco’s experience
→ Connecting institutions to create long-term, sustainable partnerships
As countries look to accelerate development, South–South cooperation is no longer an option. It is a strategic necessity.
